Add/Drop for Traditional Students

  • INSTRUCTIONS: No change will be made on your registration until this form is completed and signed. Please keep in mind that the change does not becomes effective until the date it is received by the Registrar’s office. The amount of tuition refund will be pro-rated per the OKWU refund policy.


    PLEASE NOTE: Carrying more than 17 hours, changing from full-time to part-time, or from part-time to full-time may drastically affect your financial
    aid and/or charges. Full-time students need to carry at least 12 hours in addition to chapel. See Student Accounts for information on
    refunds or additional charges. Dropping courses to carry below 12 hours per semester requires FA Director signature.

  • To find your Section, go to https://webaccess.okwu.edu/SelfService then click type in the name of the course in the Search bar and select it to "Course Sections". That will find all courses matching the name, now find the one with the time that fits our schedule and note the Section number (see last screenshot).

  • To find your Section, go to https://webaccess.okwu.edu/SelfService then click on Classes > Schedule > Student Schedule > (make sure the correct year is selected) then you will see the 4-digit Section number.
